DUE TO THE SENSITIVITY OF OUR PRODUCTS ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges in any case. All sales are considered final. Once the product has left our facility we are not responsible for ANY undelivered or damaged products caused by the handling service.

Please add insurance to your shipping at your discretion. 

Although we ship as fast as possible, products can take 3-5 business days to process BEFORE shipping. Please take this into consideration.

If you are ordering a PRE SALE item please note the actual date of shipping.
